Elgar Encyclopedia of Wine Business and Tourism

Currently planned for publication in 2026, this encyclopedia will be of interest to wine business and wine tourism scholars, students and practitioners.  The Encyclopedia is designed to be a comprehensive resource and will include entries introducing readers to the full range of definitions, concepts, and practices associated with the subjects of grapes, wine growing, and wine making in the context of wine business and tourism.
