More is better …

So far, our research has focused on consumer behaviour in tourism. Specifically, as it relates to the Nova Scotia grape and wine sector.  Since there are natural similarities in consumer behaviour concerning food, wine, and beverages, we are extending our research to include these sectors as well.  Of late, the Province has seen significant growth in the local production of wine, craft beer, cider, and spirits.  So, this summer (2018) we will be looking at the relationship between tourism and locally produced beverages through a province-wide study.  When you visit a Nova Scotia winery, craft brewery, cidery, or distillery, please look for your invitation to participate in our research.
